1. Counselling Services
Indigo Wellness Counselling provides online counselling sessions by a qualified mental health professional. These sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis support.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be over 18 years of age.
3. Fees and Payment
- Standard sessions are 60 minutes and cost $150 AUD.
- Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment platform.
- A free 15-minute phone consultation is available prior to booking a full session.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- No charge for cancellations with 2 business days’ notice
- 50% fee applies for cancellations with 1 business day’s notice
- Full fee applies for same-day cancellations or non-attendance
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Your information will only be shared under the circumstances outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Crisis Support
We do not offer emergency mental health services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact:
